bilancio is Italian for balance as in living a balanced lifestyle. Our goal is to provide clients with the most convenient, comfortable and enjoyable workout option. In order to truly live a balanced lifestyle, one needs to incorporate a personalized exercise routine into their daily life. We’d like you to know that bilancio is a viable option for your personalized fitness needs.

Because we are a studio, our membership is free. By offering pilates and yoga (private, duet and semi-private), personal training and group fitness classes in our 7,000 square foot facility, we have the privacy of a studio and the variety of by a big gym.

To provide clients with the best service possible, our staff members have the necessary combination of education (Nationally recognized certifications and/or degrees in Exercise Physiology), experience and personal skills to properly represent what differentiates bilancio from the big gym chains.
