GROUP FITNESS

As part of our service, we offer a variety of Group Classes. In addition to our private yoga workout options, our group classes are energetic, fun and have contemporary flair to provide you with caloric burn.

To participate, simply purchase the Group Class package of your choice and sign up (in advance) for whichever classes you would like to take*. We offer 10, 15, 20 class packages. There is a class limit of 20. It is suggested to sign up in advance to secure a spot in the class of your choice.

AbSolution : A 30 minute abdominal class to help strengthen your core. This class uses such props as weighted core and medicine balls.

Body Sculpt/Cardio Body sculpt: These workouts may include but is not limited to the use of the step, dumb bells, body bars, medicine balls, body resistance and tubing. The instructor will focus on strengthening and fine tuning major muscle groups with a focus on functional exercises, informed by the latest findings in exercise science. Build strength and endurance in the entire body. All levels welcome.

Cardio Kickbox: A high intensity cardio workout that involves punching and kicking combine with basic drills set to fast pace music. All levels welcome.

Hip Hop: A Dynamic cardio dance workout to top 40 music. Learn how to move like a music video dancer. This workout delivers results and will leave you sweating for more. It’s so much fun you will forget you are actually working out!!!

Power Step: Take basic step moves and add jumps, and hops to increase the intensity. It’s easy to follow and provides just enough diversity to offer a challenging, fun workout. The power moves really raise your heart rate quickly.

STUDIO CYCLING Our 60-minute studio cycling classes are an excellent way to burn calories, tone muscles and maximize aerobic conditioning. Our instructors take you through fun routines that include interval training and challenging drills.

Yogalates: a combination of yoga and pilates. Experience the benefits of strengthening your core with pilates exercises and gain flexibility by doing yoga postures.

We offer a variety of packages to choose from based on your availability, convenience and budget.

To insure you will have a spot in the class of your choice, we allow you to reserve your bike in advance. At the time of purchase, you schedule classes going forward (limited to the class package selected).
