Our private massage service allows you to schedule appointments at your convenience. We offer the following modalities:

Swedish

A relaxing massage that uses either oils, lotions or creams in slow rhythmic strokes.

Deep Tissue

Relieves muscle tension and adhesions. It involves a variety of techniques such as acupressure, trigger point, friction and compression.

Sports

Uses a range of techniques combined with stretching to restore function to muscles and joints.

Signature

Uses techniques from a variety of modalities such as Swedish, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue and Myofascial release to reduce pain, increase range of motion, balance and restore the bodyís natural alignment.

Thai

Thai body work involves palming and thumbing in slow rhythmic rocking while the body is placed gently into yoga positions. This is performed with loose fitting clothes.
